Jeanne Malmgren

Jeanne Malmgren is a Pushcart Prize-nominated author whose writing appeared in magazines and newspapers nationwide during her 20-year career as a journalist at the Tampa Bay Times. She is the author of Good Eye, Bad Eye: A Memoir of Trauma and Truth, the searing story of her childhood injury, which Kirkus Reviews called “a fresh, open, and inspiring remembrance.” Jeanne is also a psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in nature-based treatments. She writes and publishes the internationally popular online newsletter, “Rx Nature.” After living in many places, from New York City to Texas, Jeanne returned home to her native Blue Ridge Mountains in the northwest corner of South Carolina.
