Florida Writes! This is your invitation to be part of our vibrant community of writers! It’s time to register for the 2011 Tallahassee Book Festival and Writers Conference, and the stellar line-up of speakers promises another inspiring conference you won’t want to miss!
Do you write fiction? We have thriller author and plot master James Scott Bell and women’s fiction star Cassandra King. Creative Nonfiction? The man who invented it–Lee Gutkind. Children’s books? Everyone’s favorite, Adrian Fogelin. The legal system and how it might fit into your plot? Attorney and author Donna Ballman. Need an agent? We are bringing in two from New York City plus the man who edits the annual Writer’s Digest Guide to Literary Agents to tell you how to land one.
We are also offering a limited number of manuscript critiques. The deadline to receive critiques is Feb. 10. Conference attendees who have books published may bring and display them for sale during the conference and book festival. Please complete the book vendor form if you wish to have your book sold at the conference. The conference is an unbelievable bargain at $100 for TWA members.
