2011 Memphis Creative Nonfiction Workshop

The 2011 Memphis Creative Nonfiction Workshop will feature faculty-led manuscript critique sessions, craft talks, a “pitch fest” hosted by a literary agent, panels, and keynote presentations by published authors in the field of creative nonfiction, including creative nonfiction authors, Neil White, Kristen Iversen, and Bob Cowser, poet and creative writing instructor, Kory Wells, and literary agent and intellectual properties attorney, John D. Mason. Exciting social events are also in the works.
The venue for the workshop is the Fogelman Center on the campus of the University of Memphis, with comfortable guest rooms with wi-fi. Two lunches and one breakfast are all included in your workshop fee of $350. The hospitality suite will be open each evening for complimentary cocktails.
